Back 2 Basics Boot Camp often hears from their recruits that they have lost their motivation to exercise; They don’t know how to take their training to the next level or just hate the idea of going to the gym. For these reasons our programme has been designed to be varied and include the most advanced, proven to work training regimes backed by sports science. Each day is designed to build on the previous day’s activities. So whether you’re a recreational triathlete or fitness fanatic looking to rekindle your love of exercise, or even a couch potato, you can be guaranteed to achieve maximum results and benefits in the shortest possible time at our camp!
DAYTIME ACTIVITIES
Back 2 Basics Boot Camp day starts at 06.15hrs with a ‘gentle’ knock on your lodge door. After your daily ‘welfare’ monitoring check it’s straight out for your pre-breakfast 45 – 60 minute workout – which is guaranteed to wake the body and mind up for the rest of the days events. The days will be broken up into various hour, half hour and three hour long sessions. Each day will include LSD walking mixed in with HIIT and bodyweight exercises.To keep the scenery fresh and to ensure recruits do not go ‘stir crazy’ we utilise training in different environments such as local woodland and beach settings (Lakes venue only). Yes – we have heard of some boot camps that keep you running around the same field or courtyard till your sick of the sight of them!
So you will find each day will be mixed up with various challenging and gentle sessions, conducted in various locations to make sure nothing becomes monotonous. A structured daily programme will be undertaken incorporating various different training regimes, workshops and deep relaxation classes.

EVENING ACTIVITIES
Back 2 Basics Boot Camp believes it's important to relax the mind and bring everything right down after a challenging day at boot camp. So you will have an opportunity to experience several different deep relaxation and vibrational energy sessions. We will also encourage you to make use of the onsite heated pool and sauna (Lakes venue only) to help you ease your aches and pains in preparation to to do it all again tomorrow !
