06:00 am: A gentle, but firm wake-up tap on the door

6:15 Energy Routine

6:30 back 2 basics Fun Run / Walk

7:00 Stretch it

8:00 Breakfast

9:00 Circuits & hiking

12:00 hrs: Reflection

12:30 Lunch

13.00hrs NLP/Life Coaching Session/ Exercise sessions

14.45hrs Snack and Comfort Break

15:15hrs 1:1 & Group Advanced Exercise / Mind Sessions / (optional hypnosis)

18:00hrs Evening Meal

19:00hrs Battle March

19:30hrs Team Building / B2B 'Slammin Jammin' sessions (not for the faint hearted!)

20:00hrs Battle March

20:20hrs Group Relaxation/Recovery Session

20:45hrs Personal Space – shower, tv, read and phone calls home

22:00hrs Lights out - Ready to do it all again tomorrow!
