Back 2 Basics Boot Camp has evolved from our highly effective Body and Mind Solutions ‘Gold’ programme which we have run since 2006 – a programme that we pride ourselves with a 100% success rate to date and something we have been able to continue with our boot camps.
Back 2 Basics Boot Camp ran it’s first residential Fitness Weightloss Boot Camp in early 2008, in response to numerous enquiries for safe ‘rapid weight loss. We devised a very powerful system that would achieve this by combining the latest mind technologies, most upto date training systems with our vast experience of helping people to manage their weight and achieve their goals.
Originally the ‘new kid’ on the block back in 2008 we have stood the test of time and our name has become synonymous with effective weight loss and for providing boot camps that offer excellent value for money.
Back 2 Basics Boot Camp are run exclusively for women by a team of weight loss specialists who will aid you in toning up your body and dropping up to one or two dress sizes in one week*
Back 2 Basics Boot Camp has been designed for those people who need to get in shape quickly. Maybe you a have a wedding booked, a beach holiday or are just fed up with being fat! Then this camp is definitely for you.
Back 2 Basics Boot Camp is flexible, you can experience a weekend or a 4, 5, 6 or 7 night boot camp. The residential programme has been designed to address all your fitness & weight issues. During your week stay you will take part in various physical activities, that will literally turn your body into a fat burning machine and maximise your weight loss. Whilst some of the exercises will be challenging and intense in nature, you will find that the staff will gently motivate you and make the experience fun and enjoyable. Activities on the camp start everyday with a 06.30am roll call and concludes every evening at 8.30pm. There are plenty of downtime moments to recharge those batteries!
By the end of your stay you will have new resources, new techniques and a new mindset to continue with your lifestyle change when you’re back at home.
