My goal for attending boot camp was to gain motivation and inspiration to keep going on my new life style journey. I had already lost around 2 stone prior to joining and wanted some help so that I wouldn't put the weight all back on again. I have now lost a further stone and am inspired to carry go to loose another 2. Boot camp is a great event for focussing your mind, learning about yourself and getting to grips with discipline around eating and exercise. Joe and Staff T are great in providing an environment where you can learn to help yourself and they were clearly committed, and still are, towards helping me achieve my goals. Thank you Joe, Staff T and fellow campers for your support. I am looking forward to a boot camp weekend as soon as one is planned.

If you're unsure about booking boot camp then take my advice and "Just Do IT". Yes it's tough, you will be challenged but trust me the sense of achievement along the way is well worth it, not too mention the fun you'll have.
 
The team are incredibly supportive and certainly know their stuff. I lost 7lbs and the change in my body shape was unbelievable after just 1 week, it felt fantastic trying on all my old clothes, not to mention buying some new ones in a smaller size.
 
Not only did I achieve such wonderful results in one week but I left boot-camp with a very positive ‘can do’ attitude, I have been able to incorporate the exercise routines into my daily schedule and feel so much better about myself. My only regret is not booking Boot Camp sooner!

The Back2Basics team have my utmost respect! A fantastically well balanced week catering for every level of fitness and perfectly tailored programmes to meet individual needs. As a mother of two (6 & 2 yr olds) it was a difficult choice leaving my family for 7 days however the benefits have been unlimited - a fabulous kick-start to losing the last of my pregnancy weight plus tons of information regarding nutrition, fitting exercise into daily routines, motivation and relaxation techniques.
